Yes. Dental emergencies such as severe toothache, a knocked-out tooth, a broken filling, or swelling need prompt treatment. Call us on (02) 4966 2996 and our team will do everything possible to see you the same day. We provide emergency dental care throughout the week, including Saturdays.

Yes. Children aged 2–17 who are eligible under the Australian Government’s Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) are bulk billed at Thornton Dental. The CDBS covers up to $1,095 in dental services over a two-year period including check-ups, x-rays, fillings, and extractions. If you’re unsure whether your child qualifies, call (02) 4966 2996 and our friendly team will check for you.

We accept all major private health funds. We are a preferred provider for HCF, NIB, TBHF, and the SMILE Health Program. We also offer ZipPay, AfterPay, and the National Dental Plan for patients who prefer to spread treatment costs.
